If you’ve found yourself here, exploring the more lunar side of yoga, you may have been meant to find this practice. At Luna Yogi, we offer an escape from the busyness of day-to-day life – a break from the constant stimulation and rushed pace we've become used to.
Through the practice of restorative yoga, nidra meditation, and breath-work, we help the outside world melt away. Allowing you to focus on yourself, your body, and your mind. By focusing on the present moment, we create space for true rest.
When we truly rest, mentally we can fully process thoughts, feelings, and memories. Physically, it gives our bodies time and space to digest, release toxins, and regenerate cells. These processes happen in the body when we sleep or when we rest, sometimes we don’t sleep or rest enough and our bodies can struggle with things like digestion, cell reproduction (healing) and cleansing and releasing toxins.
What is Luna Yogi?
Yoga is not just about movement, it's a practice of the mind and body. It helps us to go inward, learn to listen to our bodies, create a sense of quiet and clarity in the mind. Luna yogi has been founded to create a completely safe space for people to practise the more lunar side of yoga. Our yoga classes encourage you to unwind, relax and destress. We specialise in restful restorative yoga and yoga nidra meditations.
