Join us at The Yoga Barn this April on Monday’s to ease back in to movement and feel good this Spring.

Classes will run every Monday in April

7th | 14th | 21st | 28th

  • 6PM - Yoga for Strength and Flexibility

    Monday’s at 6pm: A movement-focused class designed to build strength and flexibility.

  • 7.15PM - Restorative Yoga

    Monday’s at 7pm : A slower, meditative practice with longer-held poses to calm the mind, release tension, and restore balance.
