Join us at The Yoga Barn this March on Monday’s to ease back in to movement and feel good this Spring.
Classes will run every Monday in March
3rd | 10th | 24th | 31st
(excluding paddy’s day - Monday the 17th).

6PM - Yoga for Strength and Flexibility
Monday’s at 6pm: A movement-focused class designed to build strength and flexibility.

7PM - Restorative Yoga
Monday’s at 7pm : A slower, meditative practice with longer-held poses to calm the mind, release tension, and restore balance.
